Default the new american eagle livery

well this morning i had the opportunity to work and be able check and scrutinize the new eagle livery at the same time.

first off my pics are not that great due to the time and weather low light and overcast and the im just using my windows phone as a camera..

the paint....its a silver mica with some white pearl luminesence to it...you get different shades of grey depending what or where the light source is/at. before the departure time it was overcast the livery looks likes a battleship grey

the tail...this is a do or die to some members but looking at it closely and staring at it....its not that bad the different hue of blues and red and white makes it likes its waving imho.

American Eagle ship# 505
flight# 4600
YYZ-LGA

T3 Gate 9B 0500-0630 flight delayed.

Hey Beltloader, very cool tarmac pics with your phone! Yeah, I am still on the fence with this new livery and will probably relent/cave when G200 makes an AA bird with this paint job. Thanks for posting and sharing AA's new livery! Cheers! T7

Here's my shot of the CRJ on JetPhotos. I think the sleek lines of the CRJ compliment the new colors well:

...this month's(march 2013) AIRWAYS Magazine shows a 737 with the NEW LIVERY...it looks like the plane is white versus the silver ...now if this is fact and not just a off color picture ..the NEW LIVERY on white looks alot better than the silvery / grey seen with most picture's posted here !

and the end of the day the new livery is okay. the nose/fuselage i like, its the tail that detracts for me. the old livery was bold, unique and timeless though
