Louisiana One
Well I decided to do something different, unique. I decided it was time to finally pay tribute to my wonderful home-state. My first fictional in a long time.
I had a hard time decided exactly what to do to include the flag, it is more of a square and to fit it, and make it not completely straight, I had to cut off the motto and put it somewhere else. This wouldn't work as well as other flags because it's just a picture in the middle, no real patterns, similar to Nevada One, except less interesting. I'll try doing other fictional special schemes later.
