Default Request BEA 727-200, DC-9-40

Can any of the artists out there portray a Union Jack BEA 727-100/200? BEA had considered the 72' but were forced to cancel. Also if possible how about illustrating a DC-9-40 in BEA Union Jack. The DC-9-40 was also considered for the German network.

Nice work!! One other aircraft BEA was looking into was the 737-200 back in 1969/70. I would really like to see your rendition of the 727, DC-9, and 737 in BEA Union Jack livery.

Here is a link to the rendering of my B-727-200 of BEA.

Interesting work guys! Have to admit it would've been strange seeing 727s in BEA colors lined up along Terminal 1.
How about a BEA DC-10-10?

A BEA DC-10-10? Sentinel Chicken did one in response to my L1011 above on the "TriJet Fantasy Shootout" thread on the Buzz. Basically Doc and I have been doing various fantasy "Might have been" illustrations showing what a subject would have looked like on both the L1011 and DC-10 at the same time as a comparison. Its been a fun thread and he and I keep it going... some of the subjects have included: BEA, BOAC, Braniff Jellybeans, Delta Gold Crown, Continental GoldenJet and other mostly retro schemes. It was born from my curiousity over old illustrations done by manufacturers showing airlines what their plane would look like in that airline's colors of the time... I took the L1011 and he the DC-10 as that happened to be the blanks we had just finished drawing...
