Default Bhangra beat!

New Indian Airlines concept inspired by the Kathakali dance of Kerala. The idea is that there will be several tail designs. Here's one of them.

Nice! I love the overall design! It looks kinda like the Gulf Air 50th anniversary paint scheme on the A330-200. BTW, are they really getting that aircraft? I heard there were new orders from India.

Way to go OneWorld! We welcome Malev Hungarian, Royal Jordanian and Japan Airlines!

Nice!!! I wish they'd make up their minds and order some aircraft. Last I heard, Air-India were going to transfer the 18 B737-800s they ordered to their low-cost arm and IA were going to look at medium-haul widebody aircraft including the A330-200s. I hope they get the A332 - they are really nice. Will make my next trip back home to India all the more worthwhile.

They keep chaning their statements every so often so I am never sure when they are actually going to order and start flying any new aircraft. They are only talking of leasing now.

Yup, the last news I heard was that Air India will be using their recently ordered 738 for their Air India Express operations. Meanwhile, their A340 order is under review (yet again). I'm not sure what they intended them for. Too small to replace their 747s, too big to replace their 310s. And that's only talking about size, nevermind mission.

Anyhoo, here's annoduh design. Talk about flying monkeys...

Cool

Neat schemes! Sort of remind me of the new EVA Air. Do like them.
