Have you looked at jetabout's site yet? He has quite a few Cathay jets.

The 747sp sounds interesting. As for the fleet, here's one I had done before.

And thanks ND for the help.

Thanks McLaren and AZNIchiro.

FDX is right, I go through the same process as everybody else here. What I usually do to start is look for an illustrations to trace. Then I go through (thousands!!!) of photographs to check for accuracy and add details. The only exception is my B-717 template which is traced from a photograph. I'm thinking of adding a links page so you can see which my resources are as well as an explanation on how I made these images.

Anyway, updates on my page plus this new birdie. AZNIchiro, I will do more Cathays as I go along. I am now still in the process of re-rendering old designs, though I do try to slip in a new design here and there, so bear with me.

Just from recent discussions most people do not mind if you use their drawins or templates. But as you did ask first and if yes then make sure to give credit to the person that drew the original.

Thx FDX.

AZN:
Yes, it's fine. Good of you to ask first. Good luck with it. I suggest using mye earlier works (no shading, less hassle)

McLaren:
I'm not sure what you mean by smooth. If you mean the shading, then that's using the drawing program's feature. I happen to use Corel. Otherwise, the smooth line comes when I 'translate' the image to JPG or GIF formats.
