Would be cool. The could use those to replace the MD-80 and Super-90's that they now have. Unless they opted to go with the Boeing 717. But would be kewl to see.

You could at least give mikephoto some credit... Afterall, he is a member of DA.C.
Visit his website at http://www.mikephotos.net/dea . I really like his Alaska B717... Hope AS can get some to replace some of their old MDC. |

I agree 100% Mike is also a great artist. Especially like the HOOTERS 757 that he did. All of the people who do the artist renderings are talented and are what makes this website one of the best. Just curious did I upset you that I complimented your work. Kinda made me wonder after your post thats all. If I did I am sorry.

Yes, I agree that people should give credit for the work that they use. It takes away from the creator and in mikes case affects his pocket. Sorry for the misunderstanding

No Duh, Don't expect Alaska Air 717's anytime soon, as members here have already indicated, AS is very happy with their assortment of 737's. With regard to the Super 80's, it is my understanding that the only reason that they continue in service is because of strong traffic on the system and "extremely" favorable terms from the leasing company. Alaska's new Boeing -990's are pretty sweet, but I do enjoy flying on the Super 80's as well. Don |
