Default Northeast Xpress

Heres my first shot at a "What If" livery. Template by jetabout.

What if, instead of being swallowed up by Delta Air Lines on the 1st of August 1972, Northeast Airlines (with help from some New England investors) decided to continue on alone. Riding out deregulation by focusing on it's key routes and disposing of it's Tristars that it would have purchased (it did once have an order for them), Northeast grew into one of the majors, surviving the many crisises faced by the airline industry in the 70's, 80's and 90's. As with the rest of the majors, Northeast branched out into regional airliners to operate the routes that lacked the passenger numbers to make the use of their until then smallest equipment, the MD-87. This is Yellowbird Bangor, Embraer ERJ-145 N801HK, operated on Northeast's behalf by Trans States Airlines.
