Post Coming custom attraction...

In tribute to the many talented artists here on the forum...
This coming weekend I will post some pictures of a unique custom model (2 versions) inspired by a particular semi fantasy image on the aerosite.net fantasy airliners section... Russell, sshhhhh... don't ruin the surprise.

Lightbulb I am taking a guess!

Pan Am B777. Only one I could think of two versions. Will still be neat to see what it really is!

Default Not forgotten...

The COA TriStar is still in the works, in ... getting a quality matching gold tail and cheatline is the quandry. A printed metallic gold cheatline is preferable but poses difficulties on the tail and an airbrushed gold enamel is preferable on the larger tail area but causes problems on the very thin cheatline... we're attempting to "master" one process or the other...

Attached is an early mock-up image of it as were testing artwork and positioning... btw we closed up the tail seam since that photo.

Actually the model photo above is inaccurate as Steve and DavidMich indicate that it was probably a -200 model not the -500... so that's what I'll build instead... Btw the -500 model above has now been converted into a DAL n/c named "The Phoenix" in reference to if they were to return from the desert... salute.
