Are you sure that isn't the 747-6xx?

Yeah, I saw that before, in a reference book on the 767s...

Bring on the fantasy schemes!

Oh dear...... not Boeing's nicest looking design

Remember when Lockheed tried to sell a double deck L1011 to the Japanese domestic market by using the lower fwd hold as a passenger saloon with no windows? I bet the lower deck seats would have been really popular!

...I remember that from a clip in Air Transport World a few years back...that 767 was called the "humpback"...apparently Cathay Pacific was supposed to be the launch customer but instead chose the A-330s/340s

Thumbs up STOP THE PRESSES! Now this is interesting...but not from a looks standpoint...

The dreaded "HUNCHBACK OF MUKILTEO"...the ugliest fucking thing Boeing ever proposed to solve an customer requests for improvements to the 767 line- at the time the project that spawned this bastard child was the 767-X and that spawned the 767-400 and 777 series, far more appealing and sexier aircraft than the Hunchback.

Believe the General or not, the biggest problem with this design wasn't the looks, but there was no additional baggage space for the passengers in the aft upper deck.

This must've been one interesting kit modification.
