Default Since Im here

I might as well post a design I have for my own airline, Sapphire Airlines. Its supposed to be a 777, but given that I have very little artistic abilities, I didnt even try to draw the wings or windows, or the billboard lettering that says "Sapphire", but here it is, what do you think?

I am a fan of blue.
This is quite a lot like jetBlue scheme

So I suggest to add some "silver lining" with a second color like orange, yellow, etc.
some thin lines with a shape and high contrast to blue

Recreated on photoshop. I couldn't find a color to offset the blue that didnt look too much like Jetblue. And I think I need a new font as well.

Much better. A big improvement from the first hand-drawn tail.

Would be great to see you forget what's out there now, and take a look back through schemes of the past...all decades.....then spin an idea that looks completely fresh and original. Good Luck, looking forward to seeing your next project.

If you have a vector program like Illustrator CS series, you could also draw your own composites instead of painting a downloaded raster sketch.

I actually made this at school. Photoshop is too expensive. Now that I think about it, I think I have a couple ideas for a new livery. I'll post them so soon as I can make them.

If you can find an aircraft you like. Blow it up on the copier and trace it off using a straight edge and a few french curves. After you make your composite, you can run plenty of copies for your ideas. That way, the drawing is original to you and can be trademarked.
