How do I insert a Photo into the message body?

There's a few ways to insert pics. One is if you are taking the picture of a website like google images you can click the "insert image" icon and a box will pop up for you to be able to insert a link.

The seconded is to click "Go advanced" under the text box and them click "manage attachments". Another window will pop up, from there you can upload images from your computer.
