Default Malware poster on site-Beware

Hi. I've noticed numerous threads on here lately by users containing nothing but links to 'live streaming' of random sports events and episodes of series.

At the moment there are two threads posted one minute apart on the General Squawk Talk forum by a user called InviteLocal with completely random titles that contain nothing but links to 'live stream'.

This is probably/likely a way to pass on malware so please be cautious. Site admin-please could you see what can be done to prevent this?

Thanks.

Yeah, I've reported a few instances to admin in the last few weeks. I haven't opened any of the links obviously but just wanted to warn others in case they do. They're probably not from the same IP address but if possible it would be good to block the user.

this was posted by LOU on the my thread link above.

G'day QFA388 and other members too,

There are various methods currently underway to ban the users who keep posting these totally annoying awlful freaking spam on the site. I personally am logging in several times a day and deleting then banning the spammers, the admin are doing likewise and very member who reports them is helping too.

It's pretty easy to spot the spammers, so please don't feel these trolls.

Things are happening in the background, so it's definnitely worth sticking around a bit longer.

Cheers Lou
