looks like its happening again
SFO Collectible Show

anyone going to be there this week? i should be there for the morning.

it will be my first and ill be out there with fellow DAC member Diecaster. hopefully theres some good 1:200s to look at! but from what i heard these shows gravitate towards other scales

I just checked the site's photos.
I wished I could attend the Collectible Show with you, but I think I'll just wait for the photos to come in from you guys.

Good luck with the show, I hope you guys will bring some nice 200sc models home too.

I won't be there but my "representative" will be.

Yes, most shows mainly focus on 1:400 and 1:500 models. However, some giveaway models during the past have been 1:200 and 1:100.

i guess no one here at DAC is going? i guess diecaster and i will be the only ones! i heard some 400SH and airlinebuzz people will be there.

From my experience at shows like that, the majority of the people only accept cash (and sometimes checks). I have had at least one though accept credit card.

there is lots of people attending the show. Introduce yourself at Andrew's table and at JB post as well. They will redirect you to the rest of us and to the after show gatherings/activities.

It will be fun!!!

P/S: I will be more than happy to take your credit cards, cash, paypal username/password info, wallet and any watch/jewlery you may have on.

Anyone here going to the London Gatwick show in April??? I'll be there signing autographs and giving away free models...

There is plenty of time to plan for the big International 3 day show in Dallas in July....I will also be at that one giving away Arbys coupons and no free models...

The SONG lady looks like she is having fun....not.

I recognized Mike Chews table and of course AK and DK are there.

I might think about showing up next year. The last SFO show I attended was back in the old days...1995. I was the gopher for Clint Groves of Airliners America.

a nice handful of 1:200s here. mostly inflight (of which imma pick one up!!). i see some phoenix, jetx, pmodels dhc8s and ana business jets
