Fl Diecast Aircraft Collectors Meet Thur Oct 11th Sanford Fl

Join us for he second Florida Diecast Aircraft Collectors Club meet at Big Guns Collectibles on Thursday October 11th from 5:00pm to 8:30PM.

Last months event was a great success & everyone had a lot of fun.
The meet is scheduled during Downtown Sanford’s monthly Alive After Five festival.
That means it's safe to bring your wife & kids as there will be plenty to do.
The city will host food, live music & vendors of the street during the festival, this months theme is Oktoberfest.

During the meet we will have refreshments for the adults (hint hint) & young ones.
The event brings together those of us who share the hobby & lets collectors meet face to face & shoot the B.S..

I hope you can make it again, I enjoyed you insight on the hobby.
Also this time I will be better prepared & wont be ruining around like a nut.

l BTW I have lots & lots of new Gemini 1/400's in stock plus all kinds of other goodies.
It's going to be another good time.

I want to give a big thnks to all who made it out tonight.
Had a great time as always, heres to the next.

I snapped a few crappy shots of some of the stuff I set up prior to everybody showing up.
Im no big online seller or hobby shop, this is just my pet project.
Thus far I have not gone broke (thank god) & had a lot of fun meeting great people who share this hobby.

Man, I wish I could've made it there, unfortunally, I had some circumstances that made me stay at the University much longer than I expected, so I couldn't get there.

Thanks for the kind words.
We only had a a handful of people show up this time, but it was only the second meet.
I'm trying to get more out ech event, thought just having a local diecast shop alone would bring collectors out.
But I think the internet only reaches a fraction of local people who collect, I might try some print advertising for the next event.

If you plan to stop by the shop sometime let me know, if I'm not working I will stop by when your there.

Thanks for the advice, I will look into doing some airport promotion on the meet.
I'm also going to hit up the local Delta Comair school in Sanford & see if I can work something out with them.
