Thanks for the pics! Good to know someone went to the other part of the world for a well-known aerospace show.

Great pics of the new seats. Do you know if they have been introduced on any CX aircraft already?

Such a shame to see only the CX Cargo models in 1:200! Should have included some or all of their A333, A343, A346, B744, B772 & B773 models.

Ditto with KA! Only Dragonair Cargo models in 1:200? What happened to B-HYA and/or B-HWG?

I only that Risesoon has the 1:100 mold for the B737-400. Maybe this is a new mold. But the stand sure looks like a Risesoon to me.

Tough to say! First, Risesoon doesn't have any B737 molds in 1:200. But the the wings and horizontal tails look too thick to be made by Hogan. To me, it looks like a metal diecast model.

Yeah, many of them even though thier booths seperate far apart. Boeing just keep attracting many visitors due to the 787 Flight Sim.

wow its like a friggin car show....but for planes! the current design of the unchanged a350xwb looks downright sexy, id choose it over the 787! crossing my fingers airbus freezes the design as that.

i guess theres no chance of something like this happening near me! did you fly there just for this diecaster?

tough to say indeed! i agree with you on the wings and such. definetly not hogan. but would a sample new mould by risesoon have these kinds of mistakes...if indeed risesooon was commissioned to make this?

any more pictures of this display diecaster?

I just found out that today Risesoon has a 1:400 diecast model (a Taiwan Air Force B737-800) listed on its website. Maybe they have also developed a similar mold in 1:200. But, if the HongKong Airlines B737-800 model is indeed a metal diecast model, it could be from PH. We know that PH started off with their B737-400 releases but only found out about their B737-300 when they did it exclusively for flugzeugmodelle.com on the TEA Switzerland releases. Maybe PH made this for HongKong Airlines exclusively? Of course, I am just speculating.

True but the wings on the B737(OG) & B737(NG) are slightly different, therefore, it could be a completely different mold for the B737-800 wings. But then, this may not be made by PH after all.
