Default Large Scale NW A330

Its a 1/100 scale made by Flight Miniatures...Its okay from the distance certainly not Pac Min, but price affordable at $75.00...I only got this model as it is the aircraft Im flying on for my first leg to Dubai in February... MCO-DET-FRA

I've been on an NW 330 DTW-AMS before, and it is a gorgeous plane, inside and out. I was truly impressed.

His business has expanded well out of aviation models...He is the owner of Genisis Group out of the Phoenix area...I last spoke to him a few years ago..He does not attend the airliner shows at all anymore..

Tsk Tsk Russell, you could fly LH MCO-FRA-DXB on the A346/744. And then I could sneak you a lounge invitation when you check in.

Crown Vic, Sometimes these Flight Miniatures models get leaked, (rare, 1/100 scale models) as I have the Northwest A320 in 1/100 by FM. WHat are the chances of a few more of these A330's being produced and leaked?

Im sure there are quite a few different ones out there....Its just a matter of being at the right place at the right time if you want one..They are not the nicest models made as they lack all detail...the A330 mentioned on the other thread "what do you think of this one" are much nicer and much better detailed...wingsmodels on ebay has a few for sale...Good luck!

Thank you for the nice compliment! I love to sit out by the pool and watch the Aer Lingus A330 arrive from Shannon...I live 1/2 mile from the end of the runway and it passes right overhead as do all the arrivals at MCO, Orlando when landing to the South...

Hi Crownvic, that is a very nice model you have there. Correct me if i'm wrong, I know you're more of an expert than me but the model you have is in 1/120 scale not 100. I also have the same exact model and also have an Air Canada and Air Transat A333s to go with it. A 1/100 A333 measures almost 24 inches. A 1/120 A333 is only 21 1/2 inches long. You can also check the auction by Quasimodo, same model with a wooden stand. Just my 2 cents

Larry

When did he ever have models inside the pool?
