For those that have been on the Boeing factory tour in Everett, WA- saw some nifty items. The tour was impressive, a bus sanfu caused us to get "Stuck" in the 777/787 part of the tour for an extra 45minutes, hey no complaints from me
Fiance' was a bit antsy, however... Sorry no pictures, I didn't want to get busted...Anywas, the 777/787 part of the tour has a great assortment of PacMin's in the observation deck, all seem to be about 1/50 scale (looked on the bottom of em). Are these custom jobs for Boeing, or would their be a random possibility of order? I'd love the 747-8ic in 1/50, or perhaps the 787. 787, fyi, is to the point where the power has been turned on. Two behind it, one with the rudder painted as ANA (balancing). 747's are just in the cargo (f) configuration, looks like the pax run is done... Re-tooling for the -8 series appears to be in progress. Man, Seattle is no fun when it is in the upper 80's .

No, it ain't fun at all!! And people think I'm nuts when I tell'em I like the grey and overcast. (Okay, people think I'm nuts anyway.) But the grey and overcast keeps the temps down. Like many homes here, my condo has no a/c, so I dread the warmer temps.
