Engines are wrong!! Not sure about the wing or the kink in the nose. If I were you I would wait for the DW version and save your money!!

i still think the engine pylons are too stubby. should be forward and up more (thinner) as this pic shows
Airliners.net Photos: Pakistan International Airlines - PIA Boeing 747-367 let me demonstrate using the primitive microsoft paint: the model seems to look like the one on top, whereas the real plane looks to have the pylon on the bottom, with of course the bottom line (where it meets the engine) angling up to the right not how i drew it angling down. A purely personal opinion here folks...These "display models" are not intended to be totally faithful scale replicas, there are plastic kits available for that level of accuracy as amply demonstrated by other members/craftsmen on this forum, as far as I am concerned "display" or "travel agent type" models were originally just advertising aids..nothing more. I agree however that with the progress in decals and other types of decoration used on models nowadays that there should be no excuse for some of the livery foul ups that you see sometimes on some models, just poor research I guess. I have to admit that in many years of collecting these things I have never yet rejected a model on the grounds of incorrect engine pylons or pods etc. The inaccuracy of the shape of the centre intake on the Westway BEA Trident is well known, but it does not stop this model commanding auction room prices on the rare occasion that one crops up for sale. As I say just a personal opinion here....we all collect differently...thank goodness

Sadly i have to put this model up for sale (which makes me VERY sad to say) but these things happen for some more important reasons.
So please send me your reasonable offers for this model to me via pm or email me samee380@aol.com this model (17 inches long) comes with professional packing, model stand..all in excellent condition as im a mad PIA fan and have taken lost of care for this model and i want it to go to a good home! If you need more photos of the model just email me. Thank You
