I noticed in a Lufthansa inflight magazine that they have a detailed metal DC-3 in their livery for sale.
It seems to me that it is the big 'Armour' C-47 in 1/48th scale... Does anyone have some details on this model, maybe our German collectors? |

Sorry guys, I have not checked the web properly! Franklin Mint Armour do have the DC-3 available in Lufthansa livery (approx. 199,- Euro) and also the Junkers JU-52 with registration D-AQUI. (ref. Aviation Cente Berlin).

can you link me up to pictures of these monstrosities? they are very BIG as I saw a Swiss markings Ju-52/3M with a watch painted on the wings. didn't like that livery at all.
