Gavin,
I know it has been a while since you found those models on yahoo japan...did you buy any copy? I am wondering if anyone here has seen those models in person...meanwhile, I am losing patience in those Dragon "announcements". |

I haven't been able to acquire any Gaincorp F-15s due to the reluctance of Japanese retailers to ship them internationally. Model Car Expo (www.modelcarexpo.com) had informed me that they intended to get some (smuggle them out of Japan
) in order to sell them. If I get bored with waiting, I may break down and order up a Danbury Mint F-15, just so I'll have something to play with. ![]() Last edited by gavman; 03-07-2004 at 03:30 AM. |

don't really know what to say about the plastic people, so I will bring back the conversation to plastic and metal models.
I went to Model Car Expo about three weeks ago (on my last trip to HKG) and they had problems identifiying an F-16 out of an F-15. Those guys were only in charge of selling stuff, whatever stuff.... If they happen to really "import" them (probably not from japan but out of the factory somewhere in the mainland) I will have to check them out. Only wish the F-15 mould does not become an "exclusive" like the Hogan 1/200 YS-11, which is only decorated with japanese liveries. |
