Question OT: An orphan scale no more...Dragon joins Minichamps in 1:35 scale diecast armor?

The Motor Pool (www.themotorpool.bigstep.com) has a section under construction for Dragon Armor 1:35 scale military vehicles.

Quote:
In other news, there's a good chance that Dragon will be kicking it up a notch by year's end by offering an array of 1:35 scale diecast metal military vehicles. No word as yet concerning which vehicles they plan to replicate first although there's a good chance they'll choose the same vehicles slated for their highly-successful 1:72 scale line.
On a not entirely unrelated note, how big is TOO big for a vehicle to be in diecast metal? The Motor Pool is taking pre-orders for a 1:16 scale Unimax "Extreme Metal Series" King Tiger tank for $369.99 with a shipping weight of 40 lbs!

Each metal track alone weighs over 2 pounds!

Vehicle comes packed in a heavy wooden "ammunition crate" protected by a foam inner core. Due to its enormous heft and size, we recommend that customers interested in purchasing this item do not display it on glass shelving.
The Unimax tanks will dwarf the relatively dainty 1:24 scale Franklin Mint M1 Abrams tanks that ONLY tip the scales at a shipping weight of 13 lbs.
