I've been taking some pics for my retailer's website (shameless plug for Treasured Toys ), so I thought I'd share my latest acquisitions. I've put in links since the pics are quite large...
http://www.metrocast.net/~petero/USMC%20Harrier%205.jpg http://www.metrocast.net/~petero/USMC%20Harrier%204.jpg The Harrier is a very compact jet -- it actually has a smaller wingspan than the P-51. The model is very nice. The only gripe I have is that the base gray color is gloss, and the green camo pattern is flat. IIRC the planes have been both gloss and flat at various times, but probably never a mixture of both. http://www.metrocast.net/~petero/P-51%20Bunnie%204.jpg http://www.metrocast.net/~petero/P-51%20Bunnie%205.jpg I don't usually collect WWII aircraft, but I couldn't resist the P-51 with it's polished metal finish. Wow! But don't put it next to a painted-silver plane (like my EE Lightning), or you'll hate the painted one ![]()

Nice pictures of Roscoe Browne's Mustang. Matchbox makes one in 1/72 right now of the same bird (gear up). I'd like to compare the two for accuracy and finish. It looks like Corgi got the polished aluminum down pretty well. Thanks, Peter!
