Smile 1950s TIN TOY DC7 NORTHWEST AIRPORT SET

FOR ALL COLLECTORS OF ANTIQUE TIN TOY MODELS THIS IS A TRULEY GREAT LOOKING DC7C MODEL OF NORTHWEST AIRLINES IN ITS ORIGINAL BOX COMPLETE WITH AIRPORT VEHICLES,MUSUEM CONDITION BEEN DRY STORED FOR 50 YEARS.
IN PERFECT WORKING ORDER ALL 4 PROPS TURNING WHEN THE FRICTION WHEEL IS TURNED.
TAKE A LOOK ON EBAY AT ITEM NUMBER 1770113747.
ITS SOMETHING A BIT SPECIAL THAT YOU DONT SEE EVERY DAY.

Default DC7C

This model was also issued as a DC6B in KLM marking (for the European market?). There were no airport accessories with the KLM version.

The planes were usually sold separately in their own boxes. Yonezawa made airport sets with other planes too. The Northwest came in the box with the GSE. There is an Eastern Connie pictured on the box. I doubt if this one ever came in such a set.
