Lightbulb New DW Warbird--A6M2 Zero

I check their warbirds page like 5 times a day--there's so many listed for upcoming, they've gotta add new pics and info constantly. Anyways, the next new mould (for release) seems to be the Zero--I was hoping for the Hornet.

It will be interesting to see this side by side with the Corgi A6M to compare the fit and finish and see whose landing gear stays in better.

Default Good Observation Ozz!

I thought I was the only one that has trouble with the Corgi landing gear! The gear for my Hurricane doesn't even fit. Have you had any others with wimp-o gear?

Perhaps a test of gear fit would be a nice thread idea. We can rate gear fit on the either-or models on a scale of one to five. One could equal "Tight fit as advertised" and five could be "Fell out like my last filling".

I usually have the opposite problem--too tight! Once it's in, it's not coming out without damage.... (I like to switch between gear up and gear down every once in a while)--at least it's not DW, where if you go gear-up it's permanent...
