Hi Guys,

Keep in mind the Airfix kit has many, many mistakes and flaws that make it a difficult model to build and have look "right". His heart is in the right place, and he is making an effort!

That said, I would be happy to teach "yugakings", and anyone else, some basic airliner modelling techniques that would resolve some of the problems here... My models are far from perfect, I know, but I think I can help in afew areas.
eg:
- getting rid of that seam down the top of the model
- choice of paint and brushes
- finishing wings accurately and neatly

I publish Airline Modeller - a quarterly magazine devoted 100% to building airliner models - it might be of interest to those of you who build airliner models.
