Lightbulb Tomika

I was wondering if anybody hear has ever seen the models made by Tomika during the 1980's. They were pretty nice models, the size of Ertl's, but the quality of Aero Mini's. The gears looked pretty real, and they had a good variety of Japanese airlines. The one I particularly enjoyed was the ANA L1011 in their old light blue livery. ALso, any idea what these models cost nowadays. Any help would be nice.

How ironic. I just went to ebay to look at aero mini's, and found the exact ANA model I was just describing. Here is the link. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=1717785623

The model on e-bay is not a Tomica but a Mini-Air. The size is very
different. Tomica are the same size as ERTL models but with better finition. I have in my collection the Air Canada Tristar and
the JAL and ANA B747's. But Tomica has also produced some very
nice military jets : F15, F15 and F14 Tomcat. They are beautiful !!!

I have also 2 Mini Air models : a B747 JAL and a Concorde. They are very scarce in France, as the Tomica. I've lot of luck last year
when I've found in a fair toys many Tomica's and Dieca Hobby
diecast planes at very low price. A very good day for me !
A bientôt.

I have a JAL 747 and an ANA TriStar, the smaller Vertol Helicopter (NY Airways for example), also some tin planes such as UA Caravelle
Tomica's parent company, Tomiyama, also made lithographed tin planes going back to the 1930s Fokker Super Universal
