Default Turkish Delight.

My newest acquisition. 1/100 777-300 ER. Its one of those 'nasty Chinese' models, well, I've found the finish and quality to be amazing. Hope you like her as much as I do.

Neil.

Hi Neil,

Nice model.

It certainly looks like the Chinese are trying to improve their model quality.

They also appear to be copying the design of PacMin's model base stands.

There's an eBay seller from China, who offers many of these types of models:

1 100 Scale, 1 200 Scale items in wingsmodels store on eBay!

I have never purchased anything from them before but, some of their higher ends models look pretty nice.

Thanks again for posting the pic of your Turkish Airlines Model.

Regards, Robert

Thanks Robert. I really like it. I got it through a 'trade' with Ashley.

A very nice plane model. I also like the pennant in the background.

Yes,these models made in China are getting better; nowadays is already an option and the prices are more appealing; the worst are the shipping charges and taxes at customs.

I'm not into modern airliners like the 777 - but the model looks very good. To me the THY-livery is one of the best "euro-white"-liveries around and I always enjoy travelling with this airline.

I like this livery too, a subsidiery of Turkish Airlines I believe. This model is also Chinese made.
