Douglas Factory DC-8-10, 1/72 scale house livery
If anyone is interested, I listed one of my DC-8's in house colors. I bought this model from a closed aviation museum in CT, rare 1/72 scale of first DC-8 from the late 1950's.

Can you post images of the bottom of the model to include the area where the stand connects to the model?

I will do it later after I get home, but the swivel and attachment is all original and intact.

I saw your auction ended at $1,500, how awesome! How did that compare to your expectations?

I guess about what I was expecting for it...The smaller scale dfm dc-8s are actually rarer than the 1/50 scale ones, which re probably he most common DFM
