Default Airomini (not Aero Mini) Saudia 737-200

Saw this on ebay and thought it was very cool! I've never heard of or seen any of these models or know what other aircraft were made by Airomini.....but if anyone knows more about them, I'd sure like to know what aircraft were made by them.

these were made in london in the 1980s as a spin off from the original aerominis they had stuck on fix gear which fell off very easy in transit,
made of softer white metal which on the wide bodied jets 747,L1011,DC-10,Etc had a tendency of the wings to droop on display and hand finished and he made them to order basically anything and any airline you wanted so some were made in higher numbers than others as he did have a flyer showing some of the models on offer ,
scale was 1/240th although i also think he did the hawker 125 bizjet in a larger scale but carnt remember off the top of my head i will dig the flyer out if i can find it and put it on this thread.

i sold a batch of these about 18 months ago on ebay and they usually go for much less than the above list link the 737s i listed went for around 50-70 pounds and the boeing 707s around 100-120

Hey Kevin,

Thanks for the insight, that is very interesting to know! I'm going to do a search online to see if I can find any other pics of his work.....just curious to see more, especially the wide bodies.

Thanks again!
