That's a smart looking model. Looking at what you having been buying recently, you seem to have started to move into the Russian types. Are you leaving the retro classics behind or is this Russia phase just an new bolt on to your collection?
Lovely isnt she!? And quite heavy, indeed.Like solid resin for the fuselage,
feels great to hold a heavy model, I think !Just a unique piece that I thought would
go nice into my (varied) collection
will have to do some sunny pictures though

That's so much for the post. I finally have received mine on Friday. Very please it the model. Great detail and was a bargain too. Only two left at ARD but I don't think they will last too long. I have a feeling this model was tampo-printed instead of decals.

Thanks once again.
Ashley
Where did you buy if Ashley? Would be perfect for my collection !!
Sukhoi went all out with the prototype scheme. Gives this eco-jet lots of attitude. Btw: I believe one crashed recently into a mountain with no survivors. Apparently the pilots were given clearance down to 6000' in terrain that exceeded 10.000'. Sad news for this sharp newcomer.
such a lovely aircraft...have you seen the inflight footage!? great presentation...love the music too !!!!!Well done !
and yes, Ashley, the fact its tampo printed and not
decaled makes it even more special...at least for me, that is
...dont mean to offend other collectors and personal tastes.
Glad you found one in time.
Ard is such a little shop but always surprising me
everytime I visit...imagine the last time I
found a lovely beautifully done PIA.....
...err...pictures next !!!

Rui,
I loved the model so much that I have bought the other two which were remaining at ARD, no more left! One's for Neil (MSR777) and a spare for me!!
err..., whats a tussle!?
thats a new word for me naaah, forgot about it already...I cant afford something like that, not these days of crisis around here...have to be realistic.
