Well im sure most of you seen this model last week the
BEA 111 CUTAWAY,

but checkout the sellers feedback -: he refused to sell it ?

maybe the model never exsisted and it was some kind of scam ?
it certainly got a great price so why not sell ,

those last two feedbacks are pretty bad. I wonder what the story is. the excuse given for the previous one is totally lame.

What if he just put it up to see what he could get out of it? Whatever it is, I would never spend that much on a seller with 75% feedback. I bet all this stuff could be stolen, just look at the huge variety.

Well.. look at the hidden £1000 cost in the "Collect in person" option, in my eyes, this guy is a scam artist, hiding a grands worth of fees is utterly ridiculous and downright sly.

Question Re: Bac 1-11 cutaway can of worms ?

When i spoke to the seller about the £1000 collection charge as i am local ,
he said there is no charge to collect that was just there to stop people bidding who wanted it posting as he only wanted it to go by pick up only .

after thinking about the reason maybe the second placed bidder had a change of thought as he didnt expect to get outbid with a 2500 bid so when he realised he had lost increased his bid after the end of the auction and won it this way ??

heck i guess we will never know

75% positive feedback is incredibly low - even for someone with only a handful of transactions. I often think twice about buying from people with 97-98% feedback.

I'd open a dispute and see how you go - make him sweat a little bit if nothing else - ebay need to take a long hard look at people like this but they probably only see the dollar signs from a £2.5k sale.

Nobody noticed that this huge model was described as "1:80, length 1300mm", actually it's 1:24 scale.

ORIGINAL 1968 BEA AIRCRAFT REPLICA. 1/80 SCALE.

ITS 1300MM NOSE TO TAIL AND 1200MM WING TIP TO WING TIP
