Regardless Republican or Democrat, Look at this picture. He is a young man with bright future. I personally do not know whether he is for Rehabiliation Act of 73 or ADA supporter. As long his committment with such decision(s) on other variety of cases would result into with something very common senses and postitive outcome for the handicapped people. I am looking forward the possibilities to restore the Rehabiliation Act of 73 or ADA before I would definately get my *** out of couch! This is a hope! By the way, I appauld that this message is sending to those currently Supreme Court judges that "Seniority" does not mean a damn! It is quality with common senses that matters the very most today. I appauld Bush's decision to choose the very fine young man! Again, at least I hope this man is not anti-handicap-opportunity like Rehnquist. (Jimbo, Does this surprise you that I appauld your Bush's decision on this person? Go Bush! )
