Default Conservative Abdsurdity #2
Why did the worst president of all time (G.W.Bush) cut funding to the Army Corp of Engeineers from what they needed 30 million to 10 million,when FEMA warned of this being a possible problem back in 2001,and then went on the news,and stated that this was an unforseeable disaster.This could have been prevented if Bush wasn't so fixated on invaiding Iraq.

Yeah, we should have used our secret BUBBLE device that would have diverted the Hurricane back out to see. Better yet, had we instituted the Kyoto Protocol, this would never have occurred because everyone knows this is why the hurricanes occurr in the first place.

NO,I would just suggest listning to FEMA 4 YEARS AGO,when they stated this would happen sooner or later.It was never IF,but WHEN get a clue MORON

Bush took funds from the Levy project you A.S.S.WIPE Thats why they levy broke...
