I find it amazing how many people out there are so angry at Bush.
I totally disliked Bill Clinton. I think he is the worst President ever, but I never talked angrily about how much I hated him, I never wrote angry letters to him or anyone, I never protested him or marched against him.
You see, I have a life!
Some of my fellow workers get so riled up when talking about Bush, they practically foam at the mouth! It is so funny to see that they can't even carry on a normal life because Bush has got them so angry.
They talk about how they are going to this protest or that one, and how they are devoting their lives against Bush. How pathetic!
Is Bush perfect? Nope, but find me someone who is and I will give you everything I own.(Jesus does not count)
We could have Gore or Kerry as President and our situation would be the same. 9/11 would have been carried out the same way and with the same results. The USA has always been hated, because we have so much! We will always be hated, no matter who is President, and no matter what we do.
We could give billions in aid and they would cry that we did not give trillions.
We could pull all of our Military from the Middle East, and they would cry that we did not do it fast enough.
It's just as easy for me to hate my neighbor because they have a Hummer and I drive an old junker.

Wink Amen Jeremy

Amen dude. It is amazing. I find it equally ironic that Bush reached across the aisle, has never stooped to the divisive rhetoric of the Democrats whom he actually heaped praise on, and yet he is vehemently hated and the haters can't even coherently express why.

It illustrates not only the absurdity of the LEFT, but the pathetic state the Democrats find themselves in with such looney leadership. One has to wonder how LOW they will go.

I would like to correct ONE thing about what you stated though. Had Gore or Kerry been in charge, 9-11 would have indeed occurred, BUT, the end results would probably have been disasterous. I believe BOTH would have instituted higher taxes which would have resulted in an anemic economy and unemployment at the same levels seen in Europe right now. Thank goodness we will never have to know if this could have been!

No idiot. Price controls lead to shortages which lead to even higher prices for goods and services. It is FALSE economy. I guess you didn't know that they rescinded the price controls when they realized they were doing more harm than good.

In REAL dollar terms, gas prices today are no higher than they were in the late 70's. Only a moron like you can make the unsupported absurd claims you make about economics, gas prices and the poverty rates in the US.

Here's a trend chart so you can get half a clue:

Dismissed moron!

You're exactly right, what is wrong those morons that you work with. Getting involved in politics, trying to affect a change. These people really need to get a life.

With the other two people you listed as could have been president, there would have been one big change, they wouldn't have invaded a country that posed no threat whatsoever to American citizens.

Once again rather than argue any valid point, you spout off and try to ignore the subject. Do you honestly think that Gore would have invaded Iraq?

Way to avoid the question again Jimbo. Rather than using your different colours and sizes, you should actually try answering the question rather than just spouting the party line!
