Default JJ Emailed Senator Frist: Supreme Court Judge. Your opinion?

Honorable Senator Frist,

Hi, Again! This is Mr John Johnson, A Deaf-mute-n-dumb with vision impairment. I want to share my opinion regarding to Supreme Court Judges' Age Limit and force one of them into Disability-Retirement or Retire them due to their decline health condition and age.

First, Please understand that I am not out there to seek such as revenge or to discrimate against in any way. It is to establish the regulation to ensure that those judges at the Supreme Court are not the "Above of the Law" by making decision that have ultimately affected some of the cases that they have had ruled for or against on case to case bais which have ultimately affect us but not those 9 judges!

US Airways v. Robert Barnett , This case that Supreme Court had ruled 5-4 in favor with Seniority over Reasonable Accommondation which had ultimately affected my situation which I was forced into Disability Retirement from the USPS! Even through I believe that I can work for just a little few more years with the aid of Reasonable Accommondations. Unfortunately that was an end of my career. Suppose if they ruled Reasonable Accommondation in their favor over Seniority then I would have still work! Meanings my future retirement opportunities would contiune to balloon in an appreciation manner. Right now with the talks of possible Social Security changes. As I am Retire-Disability. I do worry "What my future will be?" No more contiuning Thift Saving Plan for me. (I had to withdraw entire of my TSP to pay up bills and needs to live on after I was forced into retirement-disability which I hate that decision. Bad idea! Indeed but what can I do?) I am on Retire-Disability roll forever.

Now, That Supreme Court judge (William Rehquist) is sick and he is too darn old to contiune work! I believe that he was one of 5 Judges that favored Seniority over Reasonable Accommondation. I think he should be force into retirement due to his health and age condition! Even if he do not wish to! The same thing I did not wish to be forced into retire-disability. But I was ultimately forced out and was left with no other options. Retire or lose. EEO/EEOC was completely useless because of that ruling made from Supreme Court. So, I do believe that Judge Rehquist do need to realize the "reversion attitude" toward him after what he had done with his ruling on that case which DO affect him the very same thing that had affected me and the other handicapped people as well.

I think that new law should be establish for Supreme Court Judges' standard that they can be Judge until age no more than 70 years old and Good Bye! That includes #1 Seniority of Judge. Get another fresh judge on bench. Also judge can be force into disability retirement or retire once their serious health condition happen to decline! "Sorry, No Reasonable Accommondation for you. So move on." Get another fresh judge on bench. This is the kind of attitude that do need to go toward to those people at the Supreme Court and make those people to think twice of whatever they had/have ruled in favor on case-by-case bais which affects wholelly when it comes to Reasonable Accommondation or Seniority by coming back right to those people!.

To me that does sound like that William Rehnquist being as #1 "Seniority" Chief of Judge is abusing the "Power of Seniority" with no common sense when it comes to Reasonable Accommondation that he may be offended then using "Seniority"as his defense. This is a fine of example that by abusing Seniority (Apparently is within Unions' #1 senstive issue) cause is costing US Government a lot of money to upkeep with the retire-disability due to unable to contiune work because of Seniority that Supreme Court had ruled. (The Unions and Supreme Court people scoot free because they do not pay us our retirement-disability but the Government.) For the handicapped people, our future is too uncertain and scary. For people like William Rehquist have no worries and do have a plan in an order of his. That is the kind of attitude which is very common in nation-wide. Most aggorant people within high seniority rank do not give a rat-arse whether one is handicapped that need Reasonable Accommondation to contiune work but to whine. This is like we, the handicapped people, are worthless. Maybe we need to be enthanasia so Government can save money on Social Security for the higher seniority who deserve to be rewarded?

I do not mean to sound like a rude. That is what I am feeling since after that ruling was ruled I disagree with. I often wish that bitter feeling to fade away but I do not know when I will get over with that bitter experience after those idiots at the Supreme Court's ruling favored Seniority over Reasonable Accommondation on that case which affected the people like me. But not Rehnquist!

Sincerely and Regards,

This is Email I have sent to Senator Frist yesterday after I realize the news that Judge Rehniqust was hospitalized. That annoys me that worthless judge is getting red "top grade" carpet while I (we the sorry-*** handicapped people) get "toilet paper" capret.

Beside he is way too darn old for this job that affects millions of us.

I felt better after venting my bitter to Senator Frist my opinion that the ruling that Supreme Court judges made should apply to them so that will make them think twice and ensure whether they know what they are doing upon ruling on favor or against that do affects us including 9 clowns!

So, I just want to hear your opinion. Flamewars ok.

Hey Jimbo, under this thread and you get a special permission to call names!

I wonder if your senator is literate enough to recognize the heart-felt spirit and determination you put into that letter of yours. Meaning: will the low underling who opens your letter actually read it to him, or will he send you some "atta-boy" to keep you quiet?

No Hapag, everyone knows that someone like Frist who is a Doctor and a Senator is not literate enough to comprehend what they read. In addition, because he is a conservative, he also has no heart.

DUH!

I am looking forward to getting more judges on the Supreme Court who are constructionists of the Constitution and believe that the laws of the land are correctly left to the Legislators.

Carry on!

Wanna me to write a letter to him and have him to look at Happag's heart?

JJ, it still beats. But, just for kicks, why not ask him to have a look? I wonder what the answer to "We got a weird German liberal kind of guy on our diecast aircraft internet forum, and I´d like you to monitor his cardiac activities for a while, just to be sure. Not sure whether he has a heart, though - you know how Europeans are. Especially Germans. North Germans in particular. They torpedo Chilean freighters, so it may be safe to say no heart is present, but, like I said before, we want to ascertain our assumption. When would it possibly suit you to depart for Hannover? I´ve been told that they serve Herrenhäuser beer there."

No critizism of the honorable senator was intended; I was rather wondering if the letter would get through to him or be answered by one of his staff, without the senator himself having seen or read it.

Sort of like writing to the president as a kid - I´m not sure if Mr Bush gets to read all the letters that are written to him, let alone answer them. If he did, I guess he´d have very little time to do the things he gets paid for...

Thumbs up New Judge Nominated

Bush has made his choice:

Let the Left Wing Rhetoric, character assisinations, and diatribe begin!

In the end, he will be nominated, the Democrats will find themselves further out of the mainstream, and they will finally realize that, yes, they really did LOSE the election and Bush gets to pick who he wants.

Carry on!

Same thing everytime, with all the problems facing the country, the first question asked the nominee will be about abortion, then have Rove unlock the cages and let those right wing religeous loonies loose. How many clinics did they bomb the last time?.....and we thought terrorism was a threat.
