Exclamation Any Stuttgart Germans here?

I may be moving from Atlanta, Gerogia to Stuttgart, Germany here in a very short time (Damn! 700 models to pack ). Are there any good places near Stuttgart to get Gemini/schucos. hell, I'll even go to (Dare I say it) France. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Stuttgart Germans would be WAY too frugal to buy diecast planes. They´d even be too frugal to surf the web.

As for ordering in other parts of the country, their local lingo is about as incomprehensible as Bavarian - they´d never get what they want.

Usually, you can find Herpa models everywhere, and the rest by mail order. I personally prefer ordering from ACB in Berlin when I don´t want to buy overseas - you can pm me for phone # and address if you want, or take a look at www.aviation-center.de.

See... Kiel Germans are a lot nicer than those from Stuttgart!
If you ever travel to northern Germany during your stay (absolutely recommended!), you can contact me about stores in Hamburg or Hanover - or just to chat or if you have any questions about weird customs around you...

Sorry for my bad german up there. looks like I won't be going to Germany after all, unless the company that wants to hire me gets its act together.

Most Germans are rather jobless than ruled by George "no-more-pretzels-for-me-gack-cough" Bush.

However, maybe we can come to the USA and find work - like cleaning up after one of your high school students´massacre among his classmates - AGAIN!

Your going to find more Herpa in Germany than any other model manufacturer but you could try Stuttgart Airport. Thats just one suggestion out of many on this thread. Do what you feel is best.

Most Germans don't hold an active US Navy Secret classification clearance, which is a requirement for the job.

Sort of hard to obtain over here, but maybe with a little Russian forgery...
