, sales tax in the Netherlands is 19%!! And not even the highest in Europe (Belgium has 20% for example).Anyway, great sale!! I will certainly take a look!

Hey guys,
After my previous good experience on my 1st order with Air Paradigm, I placed another new order for 2 models with them but order status still shows "Pending" till to date.. The 2 models are not "Pre-order" or "Back-order" sale items and I assumed it will be ship out once payment received on 6 Sept 2009.. ![]() Anyone here knows what's happening to Air Paradigm lately? Seems they have gone missing-in-action and have not responded to my e-mails for almost 3 days after paying for my order.. ![]() Wrote to Michael a couple of e-mails and even called numerous times during business hours (after reading FAQ on his website) but left a voice mail message, absolutely no response from him either.. ![]() What should I do now? I've been getting responses to my emails to Michael. Just emailed him a few days ago and got reply within 24 hours.

Since I have a current order, Michael should be responding mine within 12 hours then.. 6 Sept 2009, I paid for the orders and 3 days gone by and still no response... but the least he could do was reply or even answer his phone calls.. Okay, I've had justenough of tigerlee aka "Stephen Lee" aka "Alice Lim"...
1. You initially placed your ordered on September 2nd, but did not complete it until last night September 6th, when you do this the computer system does not like it and it also creates issue with the inventory management system. 2. You ordered items that "usually ship within 1-2 weeks", don't email me 2 days after your order wondering if your order has shipped if it has the potential to ship in 1-2 weeks, it's common sense. 3. Your payment did not even clear when you made your initial payment and it was held by Paypal. I don't have time to chase buyers because Paypal is flagging it as fraud and holding the money, in which the automated system automatically defaulted to "pending" because your payment did not clear. 4. Did you bother reading the FAQ and when to call? Did you bother to realize that last weekend was a holiday weekend, meaning I don't have to pick up the phone when it's a holiday and there is no where there that says I have to reply to you within "12 hours". 5. You have been a royal pain in the arse since day one, sellers beware unless you want to baby Stephen Lee / Alice Lim then you should tell him to bugger off. 6. Your payment has been refunded and don't ever bother shopping from me again. Bloody idiot.

What's the problem with you. You are so inmature and naive to the on-line retail industry and business community. Let's deal with your reply herein before your so-called "highly acclaimed" business winds up sooner: Answer to Paragraph 1 - you expect the whole world to know that you have some sophisticated computer software porgram that don't like orders to mess up your inventory management system. My suggestion, change the stupid system that adapt's to customer's needs and it will be good for new customer, elderly or senior citizen (like myself) to understand it. Answer to Paragraph 2 - common sense ??? you expect your international customer's to understand that when the order status still reflects as "Pending" for 3 days in the account details after the payment shows as confirmed and paid to you. You don't need to announce and remind herein how long shipping will take. You have not addressed to the issue of why is my orders still "Pending" and how would one comprehend that when we are miles apart !!! Answer to Paragraph 3 - everyone knows how PayPal works and you don't need to publish it here. It has been an international reknown fact and a common pratice whenever you have limited access to your account, you will create another account to pay for purchases. Paypal or "evil-Bay" as store value facility is so capable for their bull **** policy about fraud stuff. Mind you, I am a buyer paying you money and PayPal's review is on you as a seller for fraud. All the more I should be more worried as a buyer when I have paid you legitimate money. After my payments were confirmed and paid to your PayPal account, PayPal has sent you a confirmation e-mail and requested you for shipping information. I guess you have received it and did not even bother to reply. My payment was definitely cleared in your PayPal account but the review was on you as PayPal want you to provide sufficient shipping information to avoid a fraud sale from you. Now, didn't you read the international news about frauds or "bogus" sellers via PayPal or you are so busy with ??? Answer to Paragraph 4 - don't "teach your mother how to suck eggs" or read your "so-called" FAQ, if not I wouldn't have gotten your phone number and the least you could do was "reply" or "respond" and it does not cost a cent to pick the call even it is Christmas day. Check all your voice mail and I am pretty sure it was recorded during your business hour on a business day varies it is pre-dawn hours in Singapore ! All my international calls ended with some female voice saying you are so busy screwing your brains off ! On a business day ? Answer to Paragraph 5 - A humble and professional businessman works hard and play smart, you think you some big shot here trying to show off that you are the only retailer who has the best deal in town or even globally. By your malicious remarks which is scandalous and a big threat to the on-line retail community, do you think you are "pointing your own gun at your fore head" and killing yourself in this trade. In my previous 1st order with you, when I had problems over the check out process, I had to apologise to you via e-mail as a 1st time customer for a minor mistake over the orders and here you did not even bother to acknowledge my humble apology. Hey, a customer or buyer apologising to you MICHAEL WAFFLE as a seller, what a big joke ! Answer to Paragraph 6 - contradictary issue to Paragraph 3 and here you clearly admit it "so loud" that you have confirmed receiving my payments and because of PayPal's review on you, you have no choice but to refund the money back to me. In view of the above, if you are thinking that I am here to tarnish your reputation, track back my previous feedback and I will look stupid to do so against my good compliments to you which I have presented in my previous post to you. Let me put to you simply, your customer service or after-sales service "sucks" and you have to behave yourself and have some manners here or do you want a step-brother to teach you. I would suggest you either retract your malicious statement or delete such post before it gets "blown out of proportion" here and you should leave all your dirty linens to yourself rather than exposing it here. Also, please note you should "humble yourself in the Lord's almighty and all good things wil be added unto you" ! Meaning to say, every successful businesses comes from a humble beginning - not sure about US culture but it sure works for Asian culture.. Air Paradigm now, unthinkable ! P.S. Yeap the service is great all round, couldnt ask for more has become my regular retailer, very reliable and had no problems what so ever and as above quick shipping to us here in the UK. I also dont think he's British to the rather strange query above....
