2008s Largest Sale : Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the largest sale that has been offered on any forum this year. Over 600 unique models are being offered in a variety of shapes and sizes. All auctions will follow the following guidelines:

Model Request:
All model requests can be either by Private Message OR Email. They will be handeled in a first come, first serve basis. If at any time the PM box becomes full please use the email feature so you do not loose your spot in the request line. As with all my sales, all items are MAKE A RESONABLE OFFER. I'm not going to sell you a brand new Aeroclassics model for 5 dollars. If you're even thinking about it don't bother so neither of us waste our time. HOWEVER, there are certain models which are grossly overstocked, there are select BigBird 747s that I will let go for less then 20.00 so don't be afarid to try your luck!

Only select buyers who have previously done a significant amount of models will be allowed to "hold" models in negotiation. ALL other buyers it is based on a FIRST PAID, FIRST SERVED basis. Which means if we are still negotiating for a model and someone else replies faster then you and pays faster then you, then the model will go to them. This sale will continue until absolutely all items are liquidated.

In terms of the models, they are 98% NEW IN BOX DIRECT FROM RETAILER/DISTIBUTOR/FACTORY.. etc... There are a handful there from a private collection however are in LIKE NEW CONDITION. Boxes may have some shelfwear, if you are expecting a perfect pristine box you might get one you might not.

Model Quantities: There might be one of a particular model or up to 15. If you would like more then one piece of a particular model please make a request for quantities and I will do my best to accomodate you.

Shipping:
Shipping is the USA is 7.00 for the first model and 1.50 for each additional model. Other countries/regions are as follows:

Canada 8.00
Mexico 10.00
Europe 12.00
Asia 13.00
Australia/New Zealand/Oceania 14.00
Africa 13.00
Latin / South America 13.00

Each additional International model is 3.00 per model additional shipping.

Insurance is as follows 3.00 for up to $100.00, each addtional 100.00 dollars thereafter is 1.00 so if you wanted 500.00 insurance, then it would be 7.00.

THERE ARE NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR MODELS RECIEVED THAT ARE DAMAGED IN SHIPPING. ONLY INCORRECTLY SHIPPED ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AS RETURNS!

I would like to thank you ahead of time for your purchases, it's been a pleasure over the past year in my mass liqudiations and it will only get bigger and better from here!
