BoeingFlyer: Not to sound rude here, but I see that you're 13 years old... I've been around this hobby longer than half of your life, and I know my facts. I suggest you learn yours before making such silly posts.

The price of the KLM 747 directly from the Herpa Extra-Shop is 220.75 Euros, which is roughly 350 U.S. Dollars. But this model has long since been sold out at Herpa, and commands a much higher price on Ebay. One sold not too long ago on Ebay for $580. So please, tell me how a $300 starting price is "insane" when people are willing to pay almost twice that amount.
