Default My SCARY incident with CX Online Shopping

yikes....read on the story...
couple weeks ago i tried to place an order on CX online shopping. I wanted to pick up some of their 1/400s and 200s.
Upon check out, after the info page where to input all shipping and payment information, I clicked "send" to proceed to the next step, which was the submittal of payment information to complete the order process.
The site attempted to process my credit card information, but what happened was after a few seconds of process time, it returned back to the previous page -- the info page where I input all my info including the credit card #s.
But on top of that, there was a message that said "Sorry we are unable to process your payment, please try and search again."
I first thought it was the information that I input, so I started all over again and refilled everything.
Second attempt also failed. Then next I thought it was my computer browser not compatible with the shopping site. So I went over to another computer to take another try, and that didn't work either.
But here's the scariest thing: THE SITE MADE A CHARGE TO MY CREDIT CARD EACH TIME I TRIED TO SUBMIT, EVEN THOUGH IT SAID IT WAS UNABLE TO PROCESS MY PAYMENT!!!!
After the first and second try, I tried to contact CX to address the problem. They had no direct line to contact so I emailed BizPack (their agent who handles all the orders), replied back and said their site went fine with online orders, and it could be the cards I used.
I never knew the site made charges to my cards ... until I got a call from the CC companies on possible fraudulent charges. So I called the CC companies to try to dispute all the charges from CX.
After I found out, I tried to contact BizPack (CXcitement) again and explained to them about the problem of their site and numerous charges to my CCs. Their reply was slow, but at the end they fowarded my message to CX Marketing department. A woman emailed me and said they're working on it to solve the problem.
Total $ that they charged to my cards: over 1 grand USD!!!
I am not sure how long it would take them to fix their site, but I want to warn everyone here that DO NOT PLACE A CREDIT CARD ORDER ON THEIR SITE AT THIS TIME, IT COULD DO THE SAME THING TO YOU.
If you want to pass along this post to other forums, please do so.

Just hope your credit card is safe out there in cyberspace! I tried booking on Air Canada once, and I accidentally hit the back button and needless to say I lost the booking, but that same day somebody used my credit card and the next thing I knew I was billed for over $800/- at two restaurants...WHAT! The bank of course understood and cancelled the amounts.

I've ordered from them and I've had no problems so far but thanks for the alert. Hope the outstanding amount will be credited to your CC account.

This is not good from CxCitement, they should not have these kinds of problems. I hope they fix them soon. They really should have a number or connection where you can get a quick response, i hope all turns out ok.

A silly question and don't be angry, but did the CX shop warn you about clicking twice on the submit button?

I have been shopping online for years and there are sites that do warn against clicking the submit button again while the orders is being processed or refreshing the page because it may lead to problem you are describing.

It's not about clicking twice or not. Even if you click once it will still charge you w/o processing your order.

Because the page will say "system unable to process payment, please try and search again", but actually, you card is already been charged.

I got contacted from CX....they said they are working on the problem at this moment.
