Hello Continental,
You will find pictures of my airport in scale 1:500 in another thread on this forum titeld "My winter airport diorama". Its made of Eztoys foil 1,2 and 3 with Herpa buildings and accessories. I think it turned out well.

Just now I am working on a majur facelift for this airport. I will post pictures soon.

does anyone know where flightman got those airport foils? my guess is this website http://home.online.no/~an-lh/ and if not where did he find these on the interenet or where he got them? And do you think i should print some off and then laminat them? or is there anything else that would be better to do?

Buy the foils from EZtoys. They are meant for 1:500 scale although I purchased the matts for 1:400. Since then, I purchased the 1:400 Gemini matts.
