1/200 Display Base Finished!

Hello guys,

Recently completed a display base for my 1/200 scale models. (I only collect 1/200 models)
It was my first time trying out making such a thing, so go easy on me all you diorama experts!

Your pictures demonstrate that 1:200 scenes are much more detailed than pictures of the smaller cousins. Beautiful work.

It is normal Herpa 1/200 scale release.
Air Berlin is the 1st 1/200 Herpa model with open doors.
It is still widely available.

Hello "Master" Dylan!

The tarmac is scratch-built, country (island) style terminal is by Tomix N scale train models.
Can't compare with your amazing work of art, but I seriously needed some display base for my 1/200 models.

Without display base, models looked quite boring... You would know what I mean!
So took 2 weeks to do this afterwork of course. So now I have something to "PLAY" with my models on!

There is no interior in this model.
Just a small hole inside the doors are painted in gray.

How did you know it was in the kitchen?

Well, currently it is the only available space.
I only take out the base when I want to take the photos.
When I'm done, I normally put in the closet.
