Gargle Jus

my tarmac sucks. i don't really like it, it is just gray paint painted on with brush and leaves too much texture and so taxi lines and other lines bleed under and look ugly as well. i think i want to redo it. i see a lot of really cool tarmacs around though, how do you guys make them look so nice?

You say it 'leaves too much texture', but you don't say what you have painted it on or what paint you have used?Try using a 'Matt Dark Grey' aerosol spray paint from your local DIY store and then using a black pastel wax crayon to make tyre marks, or even better paste on 'Pixelport' card airport foils to your board.
