just got my street lights (herpa561365), but i do not have a herpa transformer and connector.
all i want to know is the detail information about the herpa transformer, input AC?out put? as detail as possible, it would be better if i can get a picture of all the figures painted on the transformer thanks a lot in advance |

The formula is total effect (watts) / voltage = power (ampere) In other words: 10 watts / 12 V = 0,83 ampere Anyway, plase check the voltage and the effect for the Herpa ligths. At these low power ratings, the cablegauge will not be a big issue The primary Voltage will, of course, be decided by the Voltage used in Your country.

im not sure how the herpa kit works but you could consider a power supply for your power needs. one supply could in turn power your entire display without multiple plugs
this one is mine. i pulled it off of ebay like new for $50shipped. the minute i got this, i threw away my ac adaptors as it handles my entire LED/Incandescent setup....drawback is that you are playing with some exposed wires. |
