Hi, Guys.

I have recently bought a decent printer & will try printing some foils.

Right now, after printing, I am caught up with the thought on how will I glue them flat on the board that I will use as a base. I am concerned about bubbles and creases once I lay them flat on the board.

Any suggestions, tips or pointers?

Also, what type of paper is the best material I should use, type of glue, etc.

Is there any other type of paper size other than the regular printing paper I can print the apron? Coz I was thinking if I will use the regular printing paper, you could just imagin how many pieces will need to put together to build the entire airport plus the fact that there will be gaps in between each paper.

Any tips?

Yeah, here is a very good tip. Dump the foil method and paint the thing by hand for a truly awesome look and a feeling of pride that you did it yourself.

Hey, foils are nice, but hey have that generic, manufactured look like that toy train you got for Christmas, versus the more professional, looking model railroad layouts in magazines.

Try it. You will not be disappointed, and you just might find out what kind of talents that you have.

I agree with you...paint is the best, but unfortunately, I am color blind & mixing colors is just not my thing.

Although, I am planning on building the apros then once I have it built the way how I like it, I can ask somebody to paint it for me. But for now, I will just settle with foils.
