I have Just started this 8'x4' 1:500 scale airport 2 weeks ago.

I've got to say that is the best use of Herpa roadways & tram system I've seen. Alot of thought put into it and it's pleaseing to the eye. Good work!

As a matter of fact I have 89 1:200 scale models and 162 1:500's.
They are in their boxes in dedicated cupboard.

I only have a few that in the picture that I use as a gage to mesure realistic 'clear-way'.

i think herpa's sets CAN make a very nice, detailed airport.

but i do agree, they need to revamp their buildings to modern-day standards.
