Tamiya makes clear paint in yellow, red, green and blue. I have used it to color lightbars and lenses for emergency vehicle models, and it works great. The green is a true green though, and I think the tint you are trying to replicate really is a blueish green. I don't know if mixing the blue and green would work, but its a thought. My other thought is to look at window-tinting film in an automotive parts store....might be tricky to work with, but may be a truer color for what you need.

I believe Tamiya also makes a clear "smoke" color. That might also help if you want a gray colored tinted window.

Go to any office supply where they sell transparent plastic file folders, I use the clear and the smoke colored ones, they come in a lot of different colors, works good.
