I always like it when people attempt to make something from scratch instead of just using Herpa’s God-awful buildings.

I think you’ve done a great job and the aerial shots are quite nice.

I just have three little critiques. 1 Dont know if the support wires/beams are really necessary. 2 the connecting tubes leading from the main terminal to the concourse are much too small (they look smaller than the jetways). 3 The design is great, however the building lacks a little added detail which can be easily achieved on computer.

Dont mean to sound harsh because I really do like the terminal.

Thank you for the constructive criticism Steven.

1- The support wires are necessary for the model. The terminal is made out of cardstock with an inner ligning of wood dowels. In order to maintain the 'oval' shape I needed to add those cables.
2- Now that I look at it, I think you might be right. I did take the tubes and put them next to the jetways and they are exactly the same height and a bit wider though.
3- I am still adding little details which will hopefully make the terminal more realistic and interesting! More pictures to come soon...

I will admit I am an architect geek. And I love this terminal. To me the curves of any type fit for airports. Some of my favorites are the Dulles Terminal and TWA. The glass and curves make me think of flight. As a person who attempts to make models I appreciate the creativity and model expertise to make this model. Thanks for sharing.
