Hi..All these while the only thing I have been doing is to collect plane models and display them in my showcase. I have collected about 16 planes of which are 1:500(Herpa), the scale I prefer. I have seen many model airports which are very beautiful and now I have the urge to make my own too. Could I have tips on what airport accessories I should buy the cost and where I could buy them? I only have a very small space for my airport..
Thanks, SQ_744 |

Now that I think of it, you can get something like a board, pen, pencil and ruler, as well as some rounded edges and draw out the whole tarmac/runways/taxiways. You can use paintmarkers for taxiway lines, it works really great, and its better than buying some real expensive foil.

To all you looking for tips and hints.....Look at the other 74,000 threads on the subject. Just look back, every single page on the model airports section has at least two threads asking the same question, some have good hints in them. Just rest assured, your not the first one to ask for hints and tips.
