Information:Here comes the basic set for your large airport diorama in the small scale. The set contains more than 350 components, and offers plenty of different ways to create your individual version of a big airport. The large selection of parts combines well-known items such as a terminal building, lamps, and gangways with newly developed components like light elements, tunnel gateways for the Skytrain, square-shaped parts of buildings, and small roof elements, which are perfect for creating variations of already existing airport buildings. This new set is part of a complex system that is to be completed by further accessories and ground foils over the years to come.

All I have to say is...it's about time Herpa made an American-like Airport! Can't wait for it to be released! Now...I just have to ask for a small raise!

I was really wondering about this release. Are those the gangways that are included in it? and does this come with a new complete airport foil?? Or is is compadible for the one they have now.

Well, we will probaly see a photo of it at Nuermeberg toy fair!

looks to me like some new gangways and a nice building, but i need a more complete pic for i buy it. Just can't see whats in the set in total.

WOW!!!!! Great to see Herpa ontop of things and updating. they do look like new jetways. It also looks like they put "bottoms' on the set so you can get that "staggered" look in use the trains & trams. Smart! I hope they are interchangable to get different looks. BRAVO!!!!!

GULP....thats amazing! My jaw is still dropping!

I will buy this faster then you can say "my jaw is still dropping"

And I did, I just ordered it, along with some of the other new releases, they are going to be an easter present for me, and they will probaly be availble by easter so... I am happy!

Okay, now that we know that you've bought it, make sure to post lots and lots of pics as well as a review!

I'm a 1:400 scale collector, so I probably won't buy the set because it'll probably come with 1:500 scale aircraft and/or G.S.E., but I'd become Herpa's biggest fan if these buildings and jetways (which oddly enough remind me more of a European airport) are avaliable seperately.

10 out of 10 for Herpa's newest release!

OMG!!!! I didn't expect it to be that big! I thought one that would like fit in a Herpa Display box. Wow! Now I definitally need a raise!
